Key terms

You keep your trained models
Models trained on the data remain yours even if the license later ends. This is the clause most dataset buyers ask about first.
No redistribution of raw data
You may not resell, share or publish the raw images and metadata outside your licensed organisation.
Warranty of rights
We warrant that we hold the rights needed to license the data, backed by our capture and processing records.
Takedown updates
If a valid takedown request removes an image, we provide an updated version and you agree to use it going forward.

Each dataset includes a datasheet to support training-data documentation, including under the EU AI Act.

Is the license perpetual?

Yes, licenses are perpetual for the dataset version you receive, subject to the license terms.

Can I use free samples for training?

Samples are for evaluation only. Training on them requires a license.

Which law governs the license?

Singapore law by default. Enterprise customers can request alternatives.
