Ready-made datasets

When online purchasing is enabled, payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, which also handles refunds and invoices.

• If a dataset is materially different from its description, or the files are corrupted and we cannot fix it, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us within 14 days of purchase.
• Because datasets are digital content delivered immediately, you will be asked at checkout to agree to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the download starts (EU/UK consumers).
• When a refund is issued, the license ends and the data and any copies must be deleted. Models already trained are addressed in the license terms.

Custom collections

• The deposit is refundable in full if we cannot deliver the agreed specification.
• If you cancel after collection has started, we refund the deposit minus the value of the work already delivered.
• Partial deliveries let you check quality early. Tell us within 7 days of a delivery if it does not match the agreed specification, and we will fix or replace it.
