These terms govern your use of datasetbyhumans.com (the "site"), operated by Dataset By Humans ("we", "us").

1. Who may use the site

The site is intended for businesses and adults aged 18 or over. By using it you confirm that you meet this requirement and that, if you act for an organisation, you are authorised to do so.

2. Requests, samples and quotes

Submitting a request or asking for samples does not create an obligation for either party. Quotes describe the dataset, price, delivery timeline and license. A contract is formed only when both parties accept a quote or license in writing or through our checkout.

Free samples are provided for evaluation only and may not be used to train production models unless a license says otherwise.

3. Datasets and licenses

Datasets are licensed, not sold. Your rights are defined by the license you purchase; see licensing. Unless your license says otherwise, you may not redistribute or resell the raw data.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, submitting spam or automated requests, or scraping content in bulk.

5. Sanctions

We do not do business with persons or entities subject to sanctions imposed by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United States, or located in comprehensively sanctioned territories.

6. Intellectual property

The site's content, design and sample images are owned by us or our licensors. You may share links to the site freely.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
